It's a bit difficult to find xxl twin bed sheets at a reasonable price. These fit the bill and the bed perfectly. Couldn't ask for more.I bought this to replace the bottom sheet from my old flannel set because the bottom sheets always wear out first. I appreciated being able to just replace the sheet I needed, and I think this one is going to last much longer than its predecessor! It's much thicker and sturdier than your average flannel sheet from the big-box store, and the nap is so soft. Also it's plenty deep enough to fit my 16" mattress plus the memory foam pad on top - and that's AFTER washing it when I first received it.I thought it would include a top sheetThese are very nice sheets. They have been washed 4 times and no pulling. I did have to add elastic to the corners so they would not come off during the night. I will order these again.I reciently purchased a new very fluffy matress cover and my old sheets are now too tight. I just recieved this bottom sheet. I only needed the bottom so this was perfect. I washed before I put it on the bed. If fits perfect. I is nice and loose and does not squish my new cover. It is nice and soft. I am however not happy with the color. I clicked on the color that seems lightish tan. I recieved grayish blue. Since it does not show until I go to bed at night it is fine with me. I do however think the colors should be named a color, not some weird name that does not tell you the color.Color is close to the color on the web site.Size, deep pockets great.Flannel quality seems fine. Only time will tell.My surprise...the way it was hemmed. I'm use to the elastic not showing. As a normal, material is fold over the elastic and stitched downGood fit for a 3/4 size RV bed, fabric decentThere is nothing soft about this sheet.. It is very uncomfortable and very scratchy feeling. I wish I would have put it on my bed right away instead of waiting until it's too late now for a return. Spending over $50 for a for a fitted sheet only, And one that is so scratchy is ridiculous. I've used it twice now, going to cut it up for rags.the sheet is lovely and soft. shipping charge was ridiculous but the sheet is very good quality.
